INSTRUCTION TO UNLOCK

Please read this instruction before redeeming a gift code


These rules apply for voucher codes limited in number: 
  1. As a first step, please create a user account for the service this voucher is related to.
  2. After the account has been activated, open the Club Card again and tap on [Einlösen] in the respective offer. 
  3. If there are any codes/vouchers left, the following message appears: "Gutschein erfolgreich eingelöst".

    ATTENTION: Please write down the code instantly or make a screenshot of it. The code cannot be redeemed a second time!
     
  4. The redeemed code is automatically stored in the clipboard of your smartphone. Please tap on [Website öffnen].
  5. Login to your account (if you have not done so before). You will be asked to enter your voucher code. Do that and confirm.
  6. When you tap on [Fertig], a warning is displayed saying that this code cannot be redeemed again. So just in case the activation did not work, write down the code or make a screenshot so that you can try to use the code again later on.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND: A code that has been redeemed is lost and cannot be reactivated, even if you have not used it.
