Club number
Why you need it and where you find it
Every member that joins our club gets a certain number after it has been accepted. This number's only purpose is to identify our members. You need your club number to benefit from special offers and to access our club lounge. As your club number is important, we ask you to remember it or to install the digital Club Card to always have it with you.
Please find your club number in the following documents:
- in the welcome e-mail you receive after your account has been activated
- in your membership fee bill (which is sent once a year via e-mail)
- in our annual request to update your data (sent once per year via e-mail)
- in our monthly newsletter (always at the end right before the footer)
Alternatively, you can write us an e-mail to alumni@fh-ooe.at anytime and ask us to tell you your club number.
