Procedure and goal of the Circle Year
The 'Circle Year' of the non-profit association digital:talents is your chance to discover different (industry) companies and their career opportunities. You can immediately participate in large projects and realize your visions. For this purpose, your interests will be matched with those of partner companies and based on that, the three companies that fit you best will be selected.
The Circle Year is an innovative way to combine knowledge and business. We want to make visions come true, do creative work, implement fresh ideas - and thus help you reach the international top in the field of digitalization. It sounds ambitious, but it can be done. With a little courage - and a lot of passion.
Digital Rookies Wanted
digital:talents is not about promoting a knowledge elite. What counts above all is your bite. We are looking for creative minds and alert spirits who have the intrinsic motivation to make a difference. So if you're passionate about a particular topic and want to help develop and implement commercially viable solutions, digital:talents is the place for you! You don't have to worry about money during the Circle Year either: If you achieve great things, you will also be paid fairly - on the basis of the collective bargaining agreement for metal workers.
