Dr. Martina Gaisch is a professor at the FH OÖ Campus Hagenberg and scientific director Diversity Management at the FH Upper Austria. In this context, she gave insights into possible working worlds of the future, focusing on the role of women in different scenarios. Concepts such as "Sheconomy" and "Womenomics" were explained.
