Let's beginn with a short briefing:

Basically we are open to all ideas. However, there are a few guidelines that we would like to draw your attention to at this point: In the Alumni Club FH OÖ we primarily offer formats which aim to improve soft skills or which serve personal development. We are also happy to commission coaching sessions and workshops in which alternative ways of thinking and strategic approaches to problem solving are shown, creativity techniques are trained and methodological skills are taught.

For online trainings and workshops we usually work in smaller groups of 10 to 20 participants*. These formats - as well as lectures or presentations - are usually held online via MS Teams or at the Linz Campus. An interactive design of the programme is not only possible, but explicitly desired.
